What your $25 does

- The build is free either way, and you see it finished before you pay for hosting.
- $25 is optional. It skips the line: your site is built and in your hands within 2 business days.
- Your $25 comes off your first bill.
- You are not signing a contract today.
- If you do not like it, ask within 7 days and we refund the $25.
- If you keep it: $50 a month, cancel any time. Or take twelve months and your first three are free.
When the 2 business days start
As soon as you send us your business details on the form right after payment. We cannot start without them. If we are waiting on you, the clock is not running.
What we build
One website, designed from your business details and your photos, plus one round of changes after you see it. Bigger jobs — extra pages, online ordering, booking systems, a full redesign — are quoted separately and always agreed before any work starts.
Your refund
Ask us within 7 days of seeing your preview and we refund the $25 in full. No reason needed. Otherwise it comes off your first bill.
Where your site lives before you decide
We put your preview at directech.solutions/yourbusiness at no charge, so you can look at it on your phone and show it to other people. Moving it to your own web address is your choice, and we help with it when you are ready.
Going live, and cancelling
When you tell us to put the site live, hosting starts at $50 a month, billed monthly on the 1st, and we send you the agreement then. If you choose twelve months instead, your first three months are free and billing starts in month four — leave early and those three months become payable. You can cancel any time by emailing sales@directech.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. That month is not refunded and nothing further is billed.
Who owns what
Your business name, your words, your photos, your customer information and your web address belong to you, and your web address stays registered in your own account.
The website design, the code behind it and the hosting belong to us. While you are subscribed you have the right to use that design as your business website. If you stop, that right ends and we take the site offline. You can export your own content for 30 days afterwards.
If you want to keep the site and host it yourself
You can buy it outright at any time for a one-time payment of $2,000. We then give you a copy of the site and the right to host it anywhere you like.
What we do not promise
We cannot promise a position on Google or a number of phone calls. We build the site properly, put it on fast hosting, and tell you honestly what we can and cannot influence.
Paying
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your receipt comes from Stripe by email, and monthly hosting is invoiced separately once your site is live.
